JHRS2026 will be held as an onsite meeting in Kyoto International Conference Center (Kyoto, Japan).
Since the temperature will be high in Kyoto in summer, we recommend the “business casual” during the meeting.
It is fine to go without a tie.

Payment is made in Japanese Yen by credit card.
Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed.
Students are required to submit a certificate. The certificate form can be downloaded from the link below. Please fill in the necessary information and send it via email to the organizing office at jhrs2026-regi2@ace-enterprise.co.jp
After verifying the certificate, the organizing office will send you the details for the event within a few days.
To help alleviate congestion at the registration desk on the event day, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing your registration by the day before the event (July 23).

Please collect your name card at the registration desk. You are required to wear your name card at all times during the event.

After completing the registration (credit card payment), please scan the [barcode for entry] displayed on your “My Page” using the scanner. A staff member will hand you your name card.
The name card will display your registered name, affiliation, and the [barcode for entry].
You can change the name and affiliation printed on the name card from your My Page.
Please check the preview screen to confirm the displayed information.
You can modify only name and affiliation for your name card. The other registration details will remain unchanged.
Name cards will be issued only once per participant.
Please do not register using another person’s name or affiliation.
After completing the registration (credit card payment), you can download the receipt from your My Page.
If you need to change the recipient’s name, please contact us separately.

Download limit: two times
After the event, you can download the certificate from your My Page.
The name card provided during the event does not include the certificate.

You need to pre-register to attend the luncheon seminars until June 23, 2026, NOON (JST). After completing the registration process, you enable to select your preferred seminars from your page of registration.
